Bryan is an experienced finance executive with a deep background supporting technology companies through critical growth phases, complex transactions, and regulatory requirements.

Prior to Lumenix, Bryan held various CFO roles with technology focused companies, focusing on M&A as well as debt and equity financing transactions.  Bryan also spent 13 years with Ernst & Young LLP where he was a leader within the technology practice, working closely with founders and leadership teams at companies ranging from pre-revenue software startups to multinationals across hardware, SaaS, and advanced manufacturing. He guided technology companies through their full lifecycle, from seed-stage through go-public and exit.

Bryan continues to act as an advisor with NEXT Canada, supporting the next generation of Canadian technology entrepreneurs.

Bryan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Toronto and is a member of CPA Ontario.
