Liam Ellis is an experienced operator and lawyer with a background in Cleantech, Healthtech, and the private and public sectors of legal practice.

With Lumenix, Liam has led our national teams and portfolios for sales, operations, legal and risk management and has provided key leadership for our business development and acquisition activities.

Prior to Lumenix, Liam practiced law with a focus on corporate and commercial matters including litigation and dispute resolution.

Liam is an avid supporter of amateur sport in Canada and level III coach with the National Coaching Institute of Canada.

Liam holds a BScH (Hons) degree in Biomedical Sciences and Doctor of Laws (J.D.) degree.
